Children: Our services are business‑focused and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

2) How we use personal information

  • Secure and protect – monitor, detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, fraud, spam, and abuse.

  • Communicate – send service notices, ticket updates, account/security alerts, and—with your permission—marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing anytime.

  • Improve and analyze – operate, evaluate, and improve our websites, products, and services, including through analytics and research.

  • Comply with law – meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, and enforce our terms.

Cookies & tracking: We use first‑party cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we will honor recognized browser‑based opt‑out signals (such as Global Privacy Control) for sale/sharing/targeted‑ads choices when applicable.

3) Who we share personal information with

We disclose personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers – trusted vendors who perform services for us (e.g., hosting, payment processing, ticketing, analytics, messaging platforms). They are bound by contracts to use the data only to perform services for us.

  • Business transfers – if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as permitted by law.
