Endpoint backups are performed every six hours to guarantee file recovery—with bare-metal restoration on a best-effort basis and cost-efficient, while automated performance-enhancement scripts run weekly to maintain system speed and reliability while patching and updating software every week. For critical incidents, I provide 24×7 ransomware support, including immediate endpoint isolation and a self-service user file recovery tool.

On the user-security side, I deliver anti-phishing and spam protection to keep malicious emails at bay, supported by phishing simulations and security awareness training to build user vigilance and strengthen your human firewall. I also provide dark web monitoring to detect any compromised credentials tied to your company domain, and cloud detection and response to rapidly identify and neutralize cloud-based threats. SaaS anomaly reporting alerts you to suspicious activity in real time, while automatic account locking prevents unauthorized access the moment anomalies are detected. To safeguard business-critical data, I implement regular SaaS backups covering Microsoft 365 emails, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint. Finally, my 24×7 Security Operations Center (SOC) support  continuously monitors accounts and responds to ransomware or critical security events.
